The SMX World Championship is heating up as the first of three Playoff races enters zMAX Dragway on Saturday, September 6, in Concord, North Carolina. Tickets to see the world’s best on two wheels are still available at SuperMotocross.com, along with a variety of VIP and camping options for sale that complete the race day experience. Playoff action continues with Playoff 2 on Saturday, September 13, at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis followed by the SMX World Championship Final returning to The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas, on Saturday, September 20.

The 2025 regular season delivered tremendous battles and shocking twists across 28 rounds. The Monster Energy Supercross Championship proved to be one of the most exciting in recent memory, with Cooper Webb clinching his third 450SX title in dramatic fashion—edging Chase Sexton by just two points in the Salt Lake City finale, while Justin Cooper secured third overall. In the 250 ranks, Haiden Deegan dominated the West with four wins en route to his first Supercross crown, and Tom Vialle showcased consistency to capture the East title by just three points over Seth Hammaker. As the action moved outdoors for the Pro Motocross Championship, defending SMX World Champion Jett Lawrence returned from injury with a vengeance, winning eight of 11 rounds and locking up the 450 title one race early. Deegan further cemented his rising-star status in the 250 Class, winning six of 11 rounds to claim the championship over Jo Shimoda in what marked his final Pro Motocross season in the class. When the dust settled on the regular season, it was Justin Cooper and Haiden Deegan who secured the respective top seeds in each class entering the Playoffs.
