2024 SuperMotocross World Championship Economic Impact Study Survey

(the “Survey Sweepstakes”)

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR SURVEY PARTICIPATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR SURVEY PARTICIPATION WILL IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHEREEVER PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  1. ELIGIBILITY & DATES OF PROMOTION: The Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents physically residing in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are of the age of majority in their state of residence as of date of entry (the “entrant”). Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Feld Motor Sports, Inc (the “Sponsor”), subsidiaries, and each of their respective parent companies, franchisees, affiliates, contractors, consultants, legal counsel, public relations, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, website providers, webmasters, advertising and promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”) herein (the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to participate. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United Stated, the District of Columbia and wherever else prohibited by law.
  • SWEEPSTAKES DATES: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“ET”) on October 3, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 18, 2024 (the “Term”).
  • HOW TO ENTER: 

(a) Online –To enter the Sweepstakes by taking the online survey (the “Survey”) visit the Survey URL (the “Website”) during Term which can be found in your email invitation.  Then, complete the Survey in its entirety, by submitting your answers to the Survey questions, including your name and email address (all personal information is used for Sweepstakes contact purposes only).  When you have completed the Survey, and when prompted, click “Submit” to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Only the recipient of the email invitation is able to take the Survey to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes.

(b) Mail-in – To enter the Sweepstakes without taking the Survey, on a piece of 3″ x 5″ paper, legibly handprint your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, and then mail your entry in a #10 business size envelope to: FELD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ATTN: SuperMotocross World Championship Finals Economic Impact Study Survey, 800 FELD WAY, PALMETTO, FL 34221.   Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 18, 2024 and received no later than October 25, 2024 to be eligible. Email address and phone number must be valid as potential prize winner will be notified via email and/or telephone.  No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Neither Sponsor nor any other Promotion Entities are responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected, postage due or undeliverable. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the entrant are void.  Each envelope is one (1) entry.

LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON FOR THE ENTIRE SWEEPSTAKES.

By submitting an entry in the Sweepstakes, each entrant (i) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, (ii) understands and agrees that prize winner will be selected by random drawing and Survey participation / responses will not have any effect on the entrant’s chances of winning; and (iii) understands and agrees that all information and content provided by the entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes, including entry information and Survey responses, will become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Each entrant that submits Survey responses grants to Sponsor the unconditional right (without any obligation) to use all or any part of such entrant’s Survey responses, including any and all names, details, descriptions, information and statements contained therein for any publicity, advertising, promotional or other purposes without additional compensation or notification to such entrant, except where prohibited by law.  For clarity, except as provided in Section 9, the contact information provided by an entrant pursuant to Section 3(a) above will not be linked to or associated with such entrant’s Survey responses and will be used solely to fulfill the Sweepstakes.   

  • CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if the entrant changes his or her telephone number, mailing or e-mail address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth in Paragraph 3 above are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry online is prohibited.
  • GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize winner. The grand prize winner will receive a prize of one (1) One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) electronic gift card (the “Prize”).  The Approximate Retail Value for the Prize will be: $1,000.  
  • DRAWING/ODDS: The grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 28, 2024 from all eligible entries received pursuant to Paragraph 3.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes. The random drawing will be conducted by the Independent Administrator, whose decisions are based upon their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. The grand prize winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on the Prize, as well as any and all logistics and expenses related to the Prize not specified herein.   Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize items. Prize will be awarded within approximately one (1) month following grand prize winner confirmation. Sponsor reserves the sole right to substitute any and all Prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, or no Prize at all, if an advertised Prize becomes unavailable. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
  • NOTIFICATION/PRIZE CLAIM: Grand prize winner will be notified via the contact source provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing date.  Except where prohibited, the potential grand prize winner must sign and return to the Independent Administrator an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/publicity release (the “Release”) and IRS form W-9 in order to claim the Prize (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within the time frame indicated in the Notification. If the potential grand prize winner fails to sign and return the Required Documents within the required time period, the potential grand prize winner forfeits their right to the Prize and an alternate grand prize winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Term. The Prize is taxable as income and the grand prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The Independent Administrator must report the value of the Prize to the IRS in the year the Prize is received by the grand prize winner and will be reported to the grand prize winner and the IRS in the form of a Form 1099.  In the event it is deemed during the verification process that the potential grand prize winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor (or any party acting on its behalf) to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the Prize, the potential grand prize winner will be disqualified and another potential grand prize winner will be selected from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Term.  Valid social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements.

Grand prize winner consents to use of their name, likeness, biographical information, and voice (or any derivation thereof) in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize).

  • CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner, if applicable.  By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees:  [a]  to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Independent Administrator which shall be final in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules; and [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Entities involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, including the Independent Administrator, from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and.  Promotion Entities are not responsible and shall not be liable for; [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; or [d] limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor and / or Independent Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, postage due or illegible entries or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted.   Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, Sponsor, or Independent Administrator.  Entries which contain false information, are incomplete, inaccurate or are otherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, including those which have failed due to malfunction or failure of phones, phone lines, telephone systems or networks, server, providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof of any kind, any human error or otherwise, shall be void. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSISTIUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.  If, for any reason whatsoever, this Sweepstakes, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  • RELEASE: By entering, entrants release Sponsor, and each and all of the Promotion Entities, and the parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates of each of them and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, illnesses, litigation or damages of any kind caused by any Prize, resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize, or occurring while traveling to or from or participating in any Prize-related activity. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
  1. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy at http://www.feldentertainment.com/PrivacyPolicy/. The terms of this privacy policy are incorporated herein by reference. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor and the Independent Administrator’s collection and usage of their personal information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

OFFICIAL RULES REQUEST/WINNERS LIST: To request a paper copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by November 27, 2024 to: FELD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ATTN: SuperMotocross World Championship Finals Economic Impact Study Survey, 800 FELD WAY, PALMETTO, FL 34221.  Winner’s list available upon written request to “SuperMotocross World Championship Finals Survey” Winner’s List Request, PO Box 458, Newark, NY  14513 on or before November 27, 2024.
